business in as little as 48 hours, no matter how extensive the damage. We use Modec’s EPA-approved MDF-500, a product developed and owned by the government for their own use. Unlike other treatments, our fogging treatment removes airborne spores as well as visible mold colonies. This process leaves no toxic residue after treatment. A fog delivery process is important because it penetrates areas where foam and spray cannot reach, in addition to eliminating airborne spores. Our Fog® (aerosol spray with microns ranging in size from 1-30 microns) penetrates and disintegrates the mold protein, thereby eliminating all reproductive and allergenic properties.
